Summary of Position:

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each Bartenders’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take & prepare beverage orders from guests & servers in a timely manner
• Prepare both alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes
• Cut garnishes, prep syrups, restock bar
• Record & charge orders accurately in point of sale system
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar
• Provide prompt & friendly service to all customers
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Be 21 years of age (Virginia State law)
• 2+ years of bartending experience
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point of sale system.
• Have working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and common beverages.
• Active & energetic personality.
• Ability & willingness to exceed customer expectations.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently withheavy weight

$14.00 per hour Plus tips
