Beach Montessori is looking for you!
Do you love working with children? Imagine spending your days providing high quality learning experiences for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. We pride ourselves on welcoming all children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, regardless of race, religion, or nationality, who may benefit from our program.
Here at Beach Montessori Christian Academy, our objective is to create a blend of Christian moral values and academic excellence. We implement Montessori philosophy and early technology into our curriculum to provide an open classroom environment and a family atmosphere! We are currently offering positions that range from entry level to experienced:
- Lead Two Year old Teacher
- Assistant Teacher
- Floaters

- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all
- company standards.
- Use your knowledge of child development to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in
- order to help them achieve developmental milestones.
- Engage children with different types of fun and stimulating activities such as: singing, reading,
- crawling/cruising/walking, and art activities.
- Communicate efficiently with your co-teacher to ensure quality of care for children.
- Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively
- communicate with families.
- Complete training that provides comprehensive insight on childcare and child-development topics.
- Implement curriculum and lesson plans while creating fun and interactive learning experiences.
- Minimum of 6 months -1 year of professional child care experience.
- High energy.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
- An understanding of child development.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must clear full background check and must pass a health screening.
- Experience in early childhood education or related field
- Hold CDA or other associate's degree or higher
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification
- Current Medication Administration Training (MAT)
