What We're Looking For: TSTC is looking for an experienced Software Developer/Computer programmer to build and code applications and/or models using various computer programming languages. (e.g. C++, Java, Python) Candidate must be proficient in configuration management of tracking bug/enhancements in software releases. Candidate will develop workflows and create user documentation to support the workflows. Candidate will update internal documentation and ensure proper instruction and usage of tools. Developer will provide hands on technical support for secure VTC and help maintain and track the hardware and software inventories (via spreadsheets) to include equipment (i.e., systems and peripherals) entering and exiting the secured spaces.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in related field (Business, IT, Cyber Security, etc.)
• At least 7 years of applicable experience
• Skilled in MS office suite
• Works independently, proactively identifies, and completes task.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SMEs

Security Clearance and Where You'll Work

• Candidate must have an active TS/SCI Clearance . No Exceptions.
• Role is 100% on site in Virginia Beach.

$110,000 - $130,000 a year
