Your challenge
- Hold focused, one-on-one sessions to identify strengths, set goals, and remove barriers.
- Provide bilingual coaching that demystifies the market and builds job-search skills.
- Create individualized search strategies that actually get responses.
- Guide clients through resumes, interviews, and applications with practical, hands-on support.
- Activate relationships with local employers to match candidates to real openings.
- Lead workshops that boost readiness, professionalism, and confidence.
- Keep meticulous records of services and outcomes to measure progress.
- Work alongside community organizations to broaden client support networks.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred.
- Spanish and English fluency required.
- Experience in workforce programs, employment services, or career counseling.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building with diverse communities.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and modern job-search platforms.
- Independent, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
- Purpose-driven mindset focused on client success.
