Junior Brand Manager - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated Junior Brand Manager to join our charity fundraising team. In this role, you will support the execution of brand marketing campaigns, fundraising promotions, and events that increase awareness and engagement for our charitable partners. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about cause-driven marketing, community engagement, and nonprofit fundraising. Training is provided, and candidates with leadership experience, customer service, or sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of a consistent brand message across events, campaigns, and promotions

• Utilize and manage point-of-purchase materials, merchandising, and marketing collateral

• Recruit, train, and guide team members for fundraising initiatives

• Assist in planning and organizing weekly, monthly, and quarterly brand management meetings

• Execute fundraising promotions and event initiatives and track their performance

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure campaigns achieve awareness and engagement goals
