Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: We are a rapidly growing Business Law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area and have offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. - Mergers and Acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate and securities
- Intellectual Property law (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, patents)

- JD Degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to New Mexico Bar
- 10+ years of litigation experience
- 2+ years of experience within Business law
- Experience with Securities law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and commercial leases and real estate
- Experience with Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
