We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Recruiter / HR Administrator to support hiring efforts and human resources operations across our growing dealership group.
About the RoleThe Recruiter / HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting the company's growth by helping attract, hire, and onboard top talent while assisting with day-to-day human resources operations.
This position combines recruiting responsibilities with HR administrative support and serves as a vital resource for applicants, employees, and managers throughout the hiring and onboarding process. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities● Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting positions, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities
● Partner with dealership managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
● Maintain applicant tracking systems, candidate records, and recruiting reports
● Coordinate pre-employment requirements, onboarding paperwork, and new hire orientation activities
● Assist with employee onboarding, personnel files, HR documentation, and compliance-related recordkeeping
● Support employee relations initiatives and provide administrative support to HR leadership
● Assist with benefits administration, policy communication, employee engagement initiatives, and HR projects as assigned
● Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies and procedures
● Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and applicant information
● Support multiple dealership locations and departments as organizational needs evolve
Qualifications● Previous recruiting, human resources, administrative, or related experience preferred
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
● Strong attention to detail and follow-through
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS or applicant tracking systems preferred
● Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
● Valid driver's license preferred
Compensation● $18.00 – $20.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and performance
