**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergency situations at the location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order and support client operations.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and identify any unusual or suspicious behavior, reporting findings to Allied Universal management and/or designated client contacts as required.
+ Monitor access points and screen visitors, contractors, and/or employees in accordance with site-specific procedures to support a secure environment.
+ Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during patrols.
+ Assist with emergency response protocols as needed, including evacuations or other site-specific responses.
+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to help support the overall security-related objectives of the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
