Overview:

Solutions Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our vibrant Outpatient Orthopedic/Sports Medicine team in Old Town Alexandria, VA .

Our clinic is centrally located near King Street Station , directly across from Whole Foods , with free underground parking provided.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a PT-owned private practice that prioritizes clinical excellence, mentorship , and professional growth .

Caseload & Setting:

• Patient mix: 70% general orthopedics , 30% sports medicine

• Patients of all ages

• PTs see 11–12 patients per day

• Our patient care model includes a 30-minute 1-on-1 with the clinician, followed by 30 minutes of exercise supervised by techs in our clinic.

Clinic Hours & Schedule:

• Open Monday–Thursday: 7am–7pm , Friday: 7am–3:30pm

• No weekends or major holidays required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary: $90,000–$105,000+, based on experience and productivity

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance : 90% of premium covered for employees, 50% for dependents

• 401(k) with 100% match up to 4% (eligibility after 1 year)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited DPT program (or equivalent)

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia

• Full-time availability preferred; part-time (20+ hours/week) candidates will also be considered
