Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR position with regular home time? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the South Central and Midwest regions, ensuring you have excellent equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time: Enjoy being home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to provide steady miles while allowing you to maintain family time and personal commitments.

Equipment: Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Work predominantly with dry van freight that is 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical labor and enabling you to focus on driving effectively.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,100 to $1,500 weekly, contingent on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes span Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Missouri. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
