CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Call Center Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries and concerns

- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential clients and provide information about our services

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

- Accurately enter and update customer information in the company database

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide the best possible solutions

- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers

- Handle customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary

- Utilize effective communication and active listening skills to understand and address customer needs

- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed

- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
