Production Equipment Operator — Door Manufacturing
Step into a day on our door line
You clock in at 3:00 p.m. at 280 Donovan, Stanley, VA. On any given evening, you might start by loading raw materials, rotate to an assembly station to craft components, and finish by guiding finished doors safely to the next stage. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates across Assembly, Forklift, Machine Operation, and Maintenance, rotating where needed to keep production flowing and quality high.
Where you'll work and when
- Location: 280 Donovan, Stanley, VA (in person)
- Shifts: 1st shift 4:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; 2nd shift 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday; Morning and Evening shift options
- Expected hours: 40–50 per week
Pay & perks
- Base pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour
- Differential: +$2.00/hour for eligible shifts

What you'll do
- Load and unload doors and raw materials safely and efficiently
- Assemble and craft components to specification
- Move doors through each stage of the manufacturing process with care
- Rotate among positions regularly to support production needs
- Uphold safety, quality, and customer service standards

What you bring
- Preferably one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
