Strittmatter Companies is a leader in site development, excavation, and trucking services across the DC Metropolitan region. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Vac Truck Driver to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Vac Truck safely and efficiently on construction and excavation job sites
• Perform site clean-ups, debris removal, and excavation support using vacuum systems
• Transport and properly dispose of collected materials in compliance with company and environmental regulations
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on assigned truck and equipment
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, site supervisors, and team members

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience operating Vac Trucks or similar heavy equipment preferred
• Knowledge of DOT and safety regulations
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and on active construction sites
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and time management
• Must be reliable, team-oriented, and able to work overtime or weekends as needed
