- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various pipe materials and thicknesses.
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to execute precise welds.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure weld integrity and quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Utilize welding machines and tools effectively and safely.
- Document work progress and report any issues to supervisors.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance welding skills and techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pipe welding.
- Valid welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME preferred).
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and metallurgy.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
