Job Title: Family Assistant & Academic Support (Part-Time)

Location: Near Fort Hunt, VA

Schedule: 10–20 hours per week
Flexible daytime and after-school hours

Compensation: $25–35 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and warm part-time Family Assistant to support our children with academic needs and assist with light household responsibilities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, values flexibility, and is comfortable balancing academic support with family assistance tasks.

• Support children with ISL, homework completion, and academic organization.
• Drive children to and from extracurricular activities using your personal vehicle.
• Perform light household tidying and organization.
• Assist with light meal preparation.
• Handle grocery and laundry pickup as needed.
• Walk and care for a small puppy.

• 10–20 hours per week.
• Combination of daytime and after-school hours.
• Flexible scheduling with advance planning.

• Prior experience working with children.
• Comfort supporting homework or academic organization (tutoring experience is a plus).
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
• Proof of insurance.
• Comfort assisting with household errands and pet care.
• Two professional references required.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.

• Background in education, tutoring, childcare, or family assistant roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
