We are seeking a visionary AI Strategy Architect to lead the design and deployment of enterprise AI solutions that drive transformative business outcomes. As an AI Architect, you will be responsible for architecting scalable AI systems, aligning technical architectures with business objectives, and ensuring robust governance for ethical and responsible AI adoption.
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders—including executive leadership and technical teams—to define solution blueprints, select optimal AI technologies, and guide the integration of AI within complex digital ecosystems. Your ability to translate business challenges into modular, secure, and extensible AI architectures will empower clients to unlock measurable value and accelerate innovation. Leveraging your expertise in emerging AI frameworks, you will enable clients to realize the full potential of artificial intelligence at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Design AI-powered solutions that align with federal digital transformation goals, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
- Translate business needs into scalable AI architectures, leveraging leading cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and federal stakeholders to define solution roadmaps and delivery milestones.
- Ensure adherence to federal compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and Section 508, while embedding responsible AI practices into all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Lead technical discovery and solutioning workshops with agency clients to assess current-state capabilities and define future-state AI strategies.
- Support proposal development and pre-sales efforts by contributing technical expertise and aligning solutions with federal procurement requirements.
- Stay current on emerging AI trends and certifications, and integrate new capabilities into solution offerings to maintain competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, mathematics, or a closely related field. A Master's degree or MBA with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or advanced analytics is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior or Principal AI Architect, with a proven record of designing enterprise-grade AI systems, cloud-based ML infrastructure, and leading large-scale AI transformation initiatives.
- 7–12 years of experience in strategic AI consulting, demonstrating deep expertise in AI platform architecture, neural network design, and digital modernization powered by artificial intelligence.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps, including technology selection, responsible AI and risk management, and complex integrations with public- and private-sector systems.
- Proven ability to lead AI architecture workshops and facilitate strategic technical discussions with executive and technical stakeholders on advanced AI adoption and scaling strategies.
- Deep understanding of enterprise AI, automation, and MLOps concepts, including translating advanced AI/ML topics into actionable, business-relevant insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Extensive experience conducting AI maturity assessments and delivering actionable recommendations for organizational transformation and AI-driven innovation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts, influence decision-makers, and align diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of supporting AI solution sales cycles, including the development of AI business value cases and technical solutioning for enterprise and government clients.
- Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks, change management within AI initiatives, and agile methodologies applied to large-scale AI projects.
