Position Summary

Seeking a professional skilled individuals for our Chantilly showroom. We need a team player who puts customer service first, works well with others and respects the process we follow to get the job done. Candidates must be strong in communications and people skills, highly self-motivated, and determined to close sales. Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance are must requirements. We also appreciate the flexibility, a great attitude, and a good sense of humor as well.

This position involves:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with builders, dealers, designers, and contractors
• Making sales calls to past, current and prospective customers
• Following sales leads and scheduling product pick-ups
• Following up customers’ orders and ensuring timely delivery time
• Performing administrative duties, such as preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, maintaining sales records, preparing sales quotes, and filing reports.
• Following quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Performing additional duties assigned by the showroom manager.

Position Requirements

• College/University Degree and/or related work experience
• Min. 3 years' experience in sales and customer service
• Min. 3 years' experience in 20/20 Cabinet Design Software
• Excellent communications and people skills; both oral and written
• Must reside within the territory or able to commute
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and Word
• Organization and time management skills
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
