What You'll Do

Payroll Responsibilities

• Process accurate bi-weekly payroll for employees across multiple departments
• Review and enter employee time records with a high level of accuracy
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation
• Ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion

Human Resources Support

• Coordinate background checks and motor vehicle reports
• Maintain employee personnel files and compliance documentation
• Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Process employment verifications and unemployment claims
• Respond to employee payroll and HR-related questions
• Support HR initiatives and day-to-day administrative functions

What Makes You a Great Fit

• At least 6 months of payroll, HR, accounting, or administrative experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Bonus Points For

• Experience with QuickBooks, Paycom, or similar payroll systems
• Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, EEO, and employment compliance requirements
• Bilingual communication skills
