Your Role

As the ReStore Manager, you will be a key player in managing and growing our ReStore operations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily operations, achieve financial and operational goals, and foster a positive environment for staff, volunteers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the ReStore according to scheduled hours.
Manage daily sales, cash register reconciliation, and deposits.
Ensure a safe shopping environment and enforce safety policies.
Oversee effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the shopping experience.
Collaborate with the processing team to ensure donations are prepared for sale.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to boost donations and sales.
Maintain compliance with policies and procedures alongside the administrative team.
Build strong relationships with donors and enhance our donor base.
Train and mentor staff, providing constructive feedback and performance evaluations.
Handle inquiries related to employment practices and support staff development.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
Experience in retail sales management and operations.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other relevant software.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and respond to the ReStore within one hour from your primary residence.
