Location: Manassas, VA

Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Start Date: Targeting June 15, 2026

About the Role

This position supports a large-scale system transition project within a major healthcare environment. The team will focus on organizing, labeling, and relocating medical supplies across hospital and clinic settings to support a new inventory and EMR system. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify medical supplies and equipment and accurately label them within the system
• Print and apply labels to ensure proper tracking and organization
• Move inventory, including boxes and supply bins, to designated areas such as patient rooms, clinics, and storage spaces
• Organize and maintain supply areas to ensure efficiency across departments
• Follow direction from onsite managers and assist with evolving project needs

✅ Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the day
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Team-oriented with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
