Commercial Electrician - Moore's Electrical & Mechanical

Location: Roanoke Valley | Full Time | Hourly Pay

The Role

We're hiring Commercial Electricians who command quality, safety, and efficiency to help with our Commercial Electrical Projects in the Roanoke Valley.

What You'll Do:

• Cut, bend, and install EMT conduit of all sizes
• Assist in hooking up/terminating electrical panels, set fixtures, and various electrical devices
• Work as a trainer and mentor for helpers and apprentices

You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational school or prior training preferred.
• Thorough knowledge in the electrical trade
• Experience bending offsets, 3 points, 4 points, saddles, kicks, 90's, etc.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, submittals, etc.
• Experience seeing installs from start to finish
• Ability to read and interpret construction/coordination drawings and blueprints
• Strong interest in the trade and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
• Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
