Rite-Solutions, Inc is seeking a Junior Software Developer to support full-time in Manassas, VA. You will be developing real-time development software on Linux using C++ and Java.

Position Requirements

• B. S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technology field or, equivalent experience
• U. S. Citizenship and interim Secret security clearance
• Knowledge/familiarity with cluster computing, signal processing, Kubernetes, numerical simulation, multi-threading, GPUs, data visualization, underwater acoustic modeling, or sonar systems
• Strong problem solving, application testing, and debugging capabilities
• Working knowledge of basic networking and network protocols
• Familiar with agile and/or traditional software development life cycle (SDLC) approaches
• Effective written and verbal skills
• Able to work and thrive in both individual and team-based development environment

Skills Of Interest (not required):

• Experience in cluster computing, signal processing, Kubernetes, numerical simulation, multi-threading, GPUs, data visualization, underwater acoustic modeling, and sonar systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development, Atlassian products, and DevSecOps methods/tools (Gitlab, Conan, Jenkins, Docker).
• Experience working on custom development software projects.
• Experience working with DoD customers.
