Warehouse Associate / Customer Service
Job Description/Skills:

- Unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and the picking and shipping of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork.
- Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products.
- Prepare orders/inventory for order and delivery sessions.
- Confirm proper and timely delivery of products.
- Perform various inventory counts; order supplies and goods as needed.
- Ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and kept clean and orderly.
- Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed.
- Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products.
● Customer Service duties to include…
- Provide excellent customer service experience communicating with customers via phone calls, walk-ins, and emails.
- High level of attention to detail when it comes to Class Rings, Graduation Items, Champ Rings, and Medals inspection and quality control. Must be able to inspect every product for accuracy and quality.
- Manage online orders.
- Assist Graduation & Ring Specialist with various duties to ensure great customer service experience.
Mental:
● Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality of detailed work while meeting competing and inflexible deadlines; ability to perform repetitive tasks.
● Identify inefficient/ineffective processes and implement improvements.
Education/Training:
· High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
· Experience in warehouse inventory control and ordering, shipping and receiving.
· Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Suite and data entry systems.
· Physical stamina, able to work long hours on one’s feet and lift 50+ pounds.
· Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
· Customer service and highly detailed data entry experience required.
