Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills. This role involves delivering high-quality guest hospitality in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests feel welcomed and satisfied from start to finish. No experience required, training provided.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly hospitality throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and resetting tables for new guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to provide expert recommendations
Qualifications
- Must be over 19 years of age
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Training provided - no experience required
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and bill splitting
