What You'll Get to Do:

In this role you will plan and direct all aspects of an organization's legal affairs. You will ensure all business policies and activities are managed correctly and in compliance with current laws. You will provide strategic guidance on legal issues, manages compliance and risk mitigation, reviews contracts, and handles other legal duties to protect the organization's interests. You will use a broad range of legal expertise and current knowledge to advise leadership on any regulatory changes or actions that may impact the business. You will assist or represent the organization in business negotiations. You may assist in the defense of the organization in lawsuits and the prosecution of lawsuits on behalf of the organization.
