About the Role:

A well-established technology services firm is seeking a Network Security Support Analyst to join their collaborative IT team. This hybrid role blends Tier 2 helpdesk support with Azure administration , and a proactive security mindset, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term infrastructure improvements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, interfacing with internal users, and contributing to security and compliance initiatives.

Top Skills:

• Windows Server & Microsoft 365 Administration
• Network Troubleshooting (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP)
• Azure AD & Security Tools (ESET, Log360)
• Exposure to vulnerability scans (e.g., Nexis)

Preferred Knowledge Areas:

• Azure Administration: Manage subscriptions, VMs, storage, RBAC, MFA, and conditional access
• Log360 (SIEM): Configure dashboards, alerts, and incident workflows for compliance
• ESET Security: Monitor threat dashboards, deploy policies, and generate compliance reports
• General IT & Security Ops: Enforce cybersecurity frameworks, manage help desk operations, and maintain documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in a business computer environment
• Experience with Windows client/server OS, networking, and troubleshooting
• Ability to gain proficiency in cloud solutions (Azure, AWS)
• Network+ and Security+ certifications are a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
