Technical Business Analyst

IDR is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity . In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive successful enterprise application delivery. This opportunity is with an organization supporting large-scale public sector initiatives where documentation, collaboration, and delivery excellence are critical.

Position Overview for the Technical Business Analyst :

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for enterprise application initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops to uncover needs, priorities, and constraints.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and supporting documentation to guide implementation.
• Support testing activities, including system testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Maintain requirements traceability and project documentation while assisting with issue resolution across the project lifecycle.

Requirements for the Technical Business Analyst :

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting technical or enterprise application projects
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Proven experience writing functional specifications and technical requirements documentation
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience working with cross-functional development teams
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Tier 2 background investigation (or currently hold active eligibility)
