Your Role:

As a Clinic Director Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, youll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of your patients while growing your skills in a supportive environment. Your role will include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans that help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve overall function.
• Treating a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive comprehensive, high-quality care.
• Using evidence-based techniques and the latest technology to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Lead clinic operations, mentoring team members, and fostering a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
