**Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.- Over 8 years of experience in K-12, commercial, and municipal markets.
- Expertise with AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) licensed in Virginia.
- Preferably LEED Accredited.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects and work independently.
- Commitment to exceeding client expectations with quality-focused solutions. **Additional Duties:** - Engage in both design and construction administration.
- Conduct project reviews and commissioning processes.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control.
