Public Relations Assistant - Entry Level
We are seeking a motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team and support event-based public relations initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about planning, coordinating, and executing public events that strengthen brand presence and create meaningful connections. You will gain hands-on experience in PR while contributing to high-profile corporate events, community activations, and other public-facing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, community activations, and public engagements
Coordinate all event logistics, including venues, vendors, and on-site operations
Manage event timelines, budgets, and attendee experiences to ensure smooth execution
Support public relations strategies aimed at enhancing brand recognition and community engagement
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement event plans
Track event outcomes and provide feedback to improve future initiatives
Help maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and vendors
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, professional, and adaptable
Interest in event planning and public relations with a willingness to learn and grow
