We are looking for a talented and creative Leads and Patient Engagement Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leads and Patient Engagement Coordinator to work on all leads' initial contact and follow-ups from first contact until booking. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a passion for the healthcare and aesthetics industry.

Primary Duties:

• Responsible for all leads' initial contact and follow-ups from first contact until booking.

• Answer front desk inquiries and help at front desk as needed

• Maintain familiarity with our procedures, treatments, and pricing.

• Ensure excellent command of the English language in all communications.

• Assist with social media posts, stories, email templates, and website blogs when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle approximately 10-20 new leads daily and 50 total daily points of contact, including follow-ups.

• Provide personalized support to patients through phone calls, text messages, and emails.

• Maintain the CRM system with updated lead information.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless communication and lead nurturing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience preferably in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English
• Spanish Speaking is a plus
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative social media content ideas.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
