Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support a reputable job site undergoing active workflow changes. This role is ideal for someone with a personality, grit, and the ability to step up proactively when gaps arise. You’ll work closely with site leadership, support daily routing and load‑out processes, and ensure smooth communication between warehouse and office operations. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity for candidates who demonstrate performance, reliability, and initiative.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5 AM - 2 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations from the front‑office area of the Home Depot site
• Monitor and assist with routing processes; routing experience is a plus
• Go onto the warehouse floor daily to observe load‑out and check‑in activities
• Cross‑check returned vendor items from 16+ trucks alongside warehouse leads
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication through email chains
• Collaborate with a small team (under 10 employees) in a shared office environment
• Assist leadership with proactive problem‑solving and workflow support
• Perform administrative tasks using Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Adapt to changing priorities and schedules as needed

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
