Position: Business Analyst Associate

Job Overview:
The Business Analyst Associate will play a key role in supporting business operations, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Support project management activities, including tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
