Status: Part-Time (up to 25 hours/week).
Schedule: Flexible (after school availability preferred).
Setting: Clinic-based | Serving infants through school-age children.
We’re looking for a pediatric Physical Therapist who’s passionate about helping kids thrive and excited to join a collaborative, purpose-driven team. At our clinic, you’ll find more than just a job, you’ll find a community that truly lives its mission and values. We work hard, laugh often, and show up for each other and the families we serve.
If you’re eager to be part of a place where ideas are celebrated, growth is encouraged, and teamwork is the heartbeat of everything we do — we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:- Conduct PT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide engaging, evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate closely with OTs, SLPs, and families to support children’s physical development and participation in daily routines.
- Document progress with accuracy and intention, ensuring quality care and continuity.
- Contribute to team meetings, share ideas for new programs, and help us continue raising the bar for pediatric therapy services.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Purpose-Driven Work: Every session you lead helps a child grow, explore, and reach new milestones.
- True Collaboration: You’ll join a team of OTs, SLPs, and PTs who love working together, learning from each other, and cheering each other on.
- Room to Create: Bring your ideas for new programs, groups, or tools — we’re always excited to innovate and improve.
- Protected Time: Thoughtfully structured schedules allow you to focus on what matters most — delivering great care.
- Culture That Feels Good: We work hard, laugh often, and make time to celebrate wins both big and small.
Perks & Benefits:
- Competitive pay.
- 401(k) option.
- Flexible scheduling.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Structured growth and mentorship opportunities.
- Supportive admin team that keeps your focus on care — not calendars.
- And other unique perks that make this a workplace you’ll love coming to.
You Are:
- A licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Virginia.
- Experienced in or passionate about pediatric, clinic-based therapy.
- Independent and resourceful, yet thrive as part of a connected, supportive team.
- A positive, proactive professional who brings warmth, creativity, and curiosity to your work.
- Excited by the opportunity to help shape and grow a thriving PT program.
