Marketing Promotions Assistant - Entry Level
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Marketing amp; Promotions Assistant to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch a career in marketing, event coordination, or brand promotions.
In this role, you will support the execution of promotional campaigns, assist with live events, and represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner. No prior marketing experience is required — paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns
Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Represent client brands at live events, retail activations, and community outreach initiatives
Engage with customers to promote products, services, and special offers
Distribute marketing materials, samples, and branded merchandise
Track campaign performance metrics (leads, sign-ups, sales, engagement)
Collect customer feedback and provide post-event summaries
Maintain inventory and organization of promotional materials
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, outgoing personality
Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Reliable transportation to event locations
Availability for weekends and occasional evenings
