Strategy and Transformation Senior Manager

The Opportunity:

As a strategy advisor, youre passionate about helping organizations understand and reach their goals. You find fulfillment in that ah-ha! moment when your client realizes you just showed them how to transform their organization. Were looking for someone like you who can identify an organizations long-term goals and explain how to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to have an impact that will transform our Company. As a member of the Strategy Organization, youll lead interactions with all levels within the Company to plan and implement the capabilities and enabling tools required to meet business needs. You'll develop recommendations and solutions, bridging the gap between the company's high-level vision, strategy, and capabilities and the people, process, and technical solutions, and consider the identified constraints and existing technology. You'll present recommendations to the internal team and internal client, clearly articulating the solution concept and how it supports the business strategy, and provide techniques for implementation. You'll participate in a collaborative team environment in dynamic and changing project environments. Youll identify and anticipate future needs as you create their way forward.

You will support transformational cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives, as well as develop perspectives on areas of stakeholder impact and where change management is required. You will also drive progress and content development for large, complex initiatives.You'll develop pragmatic strategic approaches and implementation plans, take full accountability for successful project delivery and demonstrated business impact, formulate recommendations and solutions on a range of topics pertinent to projects through primary and secondary research and analysis, and work independently to support multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

You Have:

• 12+ years of experience in business roles in corporate strategy, transformation, or strategy advising with government or commercial clients

• Experience supporting the design and implementation of large-scale organizational or technology transformations, including serving in lead roles and execution, and content-driven roles

• Experience integrating programs, operating at the seams, and developing approaches and leveraging tools to plan and execute critical efforts

• Experience with strategic frameworks and methodology development, financial and cost modeling, organizational design and assessment, performance management, and organizational change management

• Ability to work effectively across the organization, leverage matrixed teams, build coalitions to realize shared objectives, build relationships, and partner with individuals at all levels

• Ability to assess an organization from a people, process, technology, and infrastructure perspective

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities simultaneously

• Ability to prepare and deliver effective communications, both written, including in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, and verbally, including insights, solutions, recommendations, progress, and status

• Ability to display a proven track record of success in ambiguous, dynamic, and complex environments

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
