Small Package Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities
- Execute deliveries according to routes planned and assigned.
- Ensure timely delivery of packages while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Load and unload goods with care, following safety procedures.
- Interact courteously with customers, handling any inquiries or delivery issues.
- Inspect vehicle on a regular basis to ensure safe operating conditions.
- Maintain delivery logs and documentation accurately.
- Follow traffic regulations and company safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with no significant violations in the past three years.
- Ability to lift heavy packages, sometimes exceeding 50 pounds.
- Great communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Familiarity with GPS and smartphone applications for navigation.
- Previous experience in delivery, transportation, or logistics is a plus.
- A flexible schedule and willingness to work holidays and weekends if required.
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills are highly advantageous.
