What You’ll Do :
We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead quality engineering efforts across web and API platforms. This role requires deep expertise in automation frameworks, performance testing, and CI/CD integration, along with the ability to design scalable test strategies and drive quality across the SDLC.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright and Selenium
• Define and implement end-to-end test strategies, scenarios, and test data for complex systems
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to enable continuous testing
• Lead API testing efforts (REST/GraphQL) and validate service integrations
• Own and lead performance testing initiatives; identify bottlenecks and system choke points
• Generate detailed test and performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams in Agile environments
• Perform database validation and backend testing using SQL
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in automation and quality engineering

What You’ll Need :

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing for enterprise applications
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium automation frameworks
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python)
• Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks (UI + API)
• Strong experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Proven experience leading performance testing (e.g., JMeter, K6) and analyzing results
• Solid experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, REST clients)
• Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and understanding SDLC best practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Set Yourself Apart With :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Experience with containerization and tools like Docker/Kubernetes
• Familiarity with test reporting tools (Allure, TestNG, or similar dashboards)
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools or intelligent test automation
• Experience in highly regulated domains (e.g., healthcare, government)
