Ontology Scrum Master
Vantor is seeking an Ontology Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for data driven software and cloud solutions. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams on agile and DevOps practices while aligning technical work to client outcomes. Partner with product owners, architects, and engineers to refine backlogs, manage dependencies, and ensure high quality, iterative delivery. You'll champion continuous improvement, use metrics to guide decisions, and foster a collaborative, low ego culture focused on learning, craftsmanship, and measurable transformation results.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach development teams and product owners on agile principles and best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to refine and prioritize product backlogs aligned to client outcomes.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth, predictable delivery.
- Track and communicate team performance through agile metrics and reporting.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and data specialists on modern software and cloud solutions.
- Support continuous improvement and learning across teams and workflows.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and manage risks and issues proactively.
