- Inspect HVAC systems and perform repairs or equipment replacements as needed
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency service and maintenance calls
- Diagnose system issues using HVAC wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience (commercial preferred, but not required)
- Residential Mechanic encouraged to apply.
- Journeymans License preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and wiring diagrams
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability and willingness to work overtime
