Physical Therapist Job Details

• Shift: 12-hour day shifts

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1730

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia (PT license verification required)
• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Rehabilitation Therapy
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred (new graduate PTs welcome to apply)
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
• COVID-19 test required within 72 hours prior to start date; results needed 48 hours before start
• Resume and license verification must be submitted with application

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a hospital environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations, including women's health, vestibular rehab, pelvic rehabilitation, and general physical therapy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with hospital policies
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans, exercises, and recovery expectations
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and healthcare colleagues
