Lead Software Engineer

What will I be doing?

Implementing new requirements within agile delivery methodology while following with the established architectural principles; writing clean, concise code that is stable, extensible, and unit-tested appropriately; actively participating in code reviews; collaborating with team members to implement and test phenomenal guest experiences within our agile delivery methodology while following our established architectural principles; and debug and resolve production issues as needed.

Salary: $135,000 -$155,000/ year

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and three years of experience as Software Engineer, Android Developer, or related position. Must possess experience with full-cycle software development in an agile environment including design, coding, testing, release, and maintenance; Android Studio, Gradle, and Git; utilizing Kotlin and Java; REST, JSON, Dagger, Realm, URL loading, and web services; architectural design patterns (UDF, MVVM, MVC); unit testing using Mockito; handling dependency injection using Dagger and Hilt; and consuming backend REST API and RESTful web services with JSON and XML based responses. Require up to 10% domestic travel.
