**This position is contingent upon award of contract/contract requirements.**

ALEX – Alternative Experts is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to provide analytical support to make OSBP a data-driven organization. This role builds dashboards and metrics that provide real-time visibility into small business performance, conducts trend analysis, and partners with program stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives and annual goals.

Requirements

• Experience with visualization (Power BI/Tableau) and advanced Excel.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytic products and present findings.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy (PII/PHI), and procurement-sensitive handling.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience coordinating outreach events and travel.
• Familiarity with DHA/DoD processes and contractor communications.
• Analytics certifications preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, or related fields.
• Minimum of three plus (3+) years of experience with visualization (Power BI/Tableau) and advanced Excel.
