Administrative Program Coordinator II Staff Affairs

As an Administrative Program Coordinator, you will function as liaison, administrative, technical, and operational resource. You will help coordinate policy evaluation and implementation. Some of your other duties will include but are not limited to: - Assisting Director with projects and daily tasks. - Identifying operational improvement opportunities to create an efficient workplace. - Developing communications and databases. - Maintaining databases, personnel files, and additional supporting documents for quality. - Supporting and coordinating Cleveland Clinic Florida regional administrative needs. Responsibilities:
- Leads orientation and records management activities and ensures standards are maintained.
- Develops and updates interdepartmental education programs.
- Assists with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
- Facilitates and attends meetings and records key outcomes.
- Identifies key milestones and deadlines.
- Communicates project status and requirements to achieve results.
- Researches, analyzes and organizes information for presentations.
- Assists department leadership with large or complex projects.
- Initiates or leads less complex projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Associate's degree required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
- High School diploma/GED and five years of experience can substitute work experience.
- Bachelor's degree and one year of experience can substitute work experience.
Certifications:
- May require license based on department/Institute need.
Complexity of Work:
- Requires multitasking, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in highly interactive team environment.
- Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills and experience with software applications.
- Experience developing programs (healthcare, financial or education) preferred.
Work Experience:
- Three years administrative or project management experience required.
- Healthcare experience or related organization preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- In some locations, ability to move to 25 pounds
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range: $20.77 - $31.68 / hour
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package, which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement.
