Compensation Range: $110-130/hr

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Deployment Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the rollout of Icertis CLM as part of a broader enterprise transformation. This role focuses on contract obligation management, compliance flow-downs, clause libraries, and integrations with Infor (S2P) and Deltek Costpoint (Finance) .

The SME will collaborate with system integrator (SI) consultants, Booz Allen business process owners, and compliance officers to ensure Icertis is configured to reflect future-state processes, meet federal contracting requirements, and integrate seamlessly across the contract → procurement → finance lifecycle.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Partner with SI Icertis consultants to design and validate contract management workflows (authoring, approvals, obligation tracking).

• Work with stakeholders in Contracts, Legal, Supply Chain, and Finance during design and build sessions.

• Define mappings of contract data (CLINs, SLINs, obligations, milestones, deliverables) into Costpoint non-CAS structures .

• Establish obligation-to-financial mapping rules (CLIN ↔ Project Code ↔ Billing Event).

• Validate integration requirements for milestone-based billing, fee structures, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with Finance SMEs to align contract obligations with Costpoint billing logic .

• Document and test Icertis-to-Costpoint integration scenarios during UAT.

• Ensure FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and DCAA compliance in templates, workflows, and reporting.

• Oversee clause libraries, metadata, and templates for compliance and audit readiness.

• Align Icertis contract data with Infor (procurement) and Costpoint (finance) .

• Develop obligation-to-action flows to ensure milestones trigger downstream processes.

• Lead UAT (test cases, validation, results documentation).

• Partner with Change Management on training content for legal, contracts, and supply chain teams.

• Provide hypercare support post–go live.

Must Haves:

• 5 years of hands-on Icertis CLM deployment experience (workflows, obligations, clause libraries).

• Understanding of federal contracting requirements (FAR, DFARS, ITAR, DCAA).

• Leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated industries .

• Proven track record of integrating Icertis with ERP (Infor/SAP/Oracle) and Finance (Costpoint/Deltek) .

• B usiness analysis skills (translating legal/contract requirements into configurations).

• Communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with catalogue and supplier compliance flow-downs .

• Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite A&D and Deltek Costpoint .

• Background in Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) for contracts and compliance.

• Experience leveraging AI tools in ERP/CLM deployments for automation and reporting.

• Knowledge of audit and reporting controls in government contracting.
