As a Line Cook , you will be a key player in our kitchen, responsible for preparing and cooking dishes with precision and creativity. • Execute food preparation and cooking, following recipes and adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment to meet service demands and deliver dishes in a timely manner.

• Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing demands.
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional food to our guests.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
• Stand and move for the duration of shift.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work near hot surfaces and open flames.
• Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform repetitive motions (chopping, stirring).
