Licensed Veterinary Technician, Day Shift

Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center in Winchester, VA is hiring a full- time Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our outstanding team on the day shift!

Position Overview:
Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center is a 24/7 award-winning veterinary hospital seeking experienced Licensed Veterinary Technicians. Our center is a newly renovated, 13,000+ square foot facility with dedicated staff and state-of-the-art equipment (like digital radiography and endoscopy) to offer the highest level of emergency and critical care.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Intensive nursing care, including emergency surgeries (utilizing all skills).
• Anesthesia monitoring.
• Critical case monitoring/treatments
• Emergency case management

Schedule:

• Day shift 7am - 7pm
• 3/12- hour shifts per week
• Rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
• Relief shifts are also available!
• We have a generous overnight shift differential, overtime holiday pay, and a generous benefits package for all staff.
