About The Role

Peraton has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Proposal Compliance Analyst. This is a hybrid position, based in the DMV with occasional travel to Northern Virginia (Herndon, Chantilly, Reston), as needed to support classified efforts.

The Senior Proposal Compliance Analyst is a key position within the Proposal Operations organization and instrumental in fostering a Compliance First culture in Peraton. This position ensures compliance with customer solicitation requirements by reviewing Peraton proposal submissions throughout the proposal color reviews. All proposal artifacts, including the Compliance Matrix, are reviewed for compliance as well as identification of and remediation of risks. This position is instrumental to our proposal teams serving as a partner focused on ensuring the success of all efforts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze federal government solicitation files (Instructions, Evaluation Criteria, and SOW/PWS) and provide pursuit teams with guidance on the compliance strategy.
• Provide guidance to proposal teams on developing and implementing compliance plans, including roles, responsibilities, and tools.
• Review Compliance Matrices for completeness and participate in follow on color reviews to ensure compliance of all volumes, including Contracts, Small Business, Technical/Management, and Pricing proposal volumes.
• Identify and document proposal compliance issues and provide recommendations to comply with requirements.
• Identify and assist in remediating risks for assigned proposals.
• Proactively support newly implemented compliance processes, including guiding proposal teams and actively contributing to continuous development.
• Contribute to lessons learned and best practice documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Federal proposal development process is required.
• Requirements analysis and interpretation skills required (technical, financial, contractual, and administrative).
• Strong working knowledge of government acquisition regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• BS and 8+ yrs in compliance analysis, auditing, or as a Proposal Compliance Analyst.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Must be willing to travel to the Herndon/Chantilly, VA office as needed.
• Secret security clearance

Desired

• Local to the Herndon/Chantilly, VA area.
• APMP Certification
• Top Secret/SCI security clearance

Details

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
