As an Industrial Forklift Operator, you’ll be a key player in our Block Plant operations—moving large pavers and blocks with a Triple Tine forklift and supporting production through general labor. This is more than just a driving job—it’s a chance to grow, learn, and be part of a team that builds from the ground up.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a Triple Tine forklift to transport finished blocks to storage areas
• Support production with equipment setup, facility cleaning, and housekeeping
• Follow all safety protocols, including lock out/tag out procedures
• Clean and chisel dried concrete in confined tank spaces
• Manually lift blocks to clear jams and maintain machine flow
• Collaborate with other operators to ensure smooth production

✅ What You Bring

• Proven experience with industrial forklifts (double/triple tine preferred)
• Familiarity with manufacturing or construction environments
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance
• Skilled in using hand tools and heavy equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors on uneven terrain
• Tech-savvy with tablets for scanning and tracking
• Flexible to work second shift, overtime, and Saturdays

• Not climate-controlled—expect seasonal temperatures

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Chesterfield, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
