Every cable you install and every rack you build will help power the technology that drives global business and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Install and terminate network cables (RJ45 and jacks) with precision.
• Work with fiber optics (experience preferred) and structured cabling systems.
• Build out racks and cabinets, ensuring neat, labeled, and compliant installations.
• Distinguish color codes and follow industry standards for terminations.
• Perform physical tasks like climbing ladders (up to 20 feet), lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in confined spaces.
• Maintain consistent attendance and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in hyperscale data centers or commercial environments.
  • Skills: Ability to listen carefully and follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to standards.
  • Proactive, dependable, and efficient time management.
  • Positive attitude and solid teamwork skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work days, nights, or weekends as projects require.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable with bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting as part of daily tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Ashburn, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
